Welcome to Zippermind’s Privacy Policy. In addition to our Terms and conditions Service, Zipperminds respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) explains the types of information collected by Zipperminds when you use the Platform (as defined in Terms and conditions) that references this Policy, how we collect, use, share and store such information collected and also explains the rationale for collection of such information, the privacy rights and choices you have regarding your information submitted to us when you use the Services.

This Privacy Policy applies to you if you are a User, Mentor or other visitor to Zippermind’s expert services platform ('Zippermind’s Expert Services Platform') made available at www.zipperminds.com or Other B2B solutions, mobile applications and websites powered by Zippermind and at other third party websites. Users, Mentors and all other visitors to Zippermind’s Expert Services Site and/or Zippermind’s Expert Services platform are referred to in this policy as 'you' or an 'Expert Services Visitor'. This Privacy Policy applies regardless of whether you are using a computer, a mobile device or any other device to visit Zippermind’s Expert Services Site or Zippermind’s Expert Services Platform.

Please read this Policy carefully prior to accessing our Expert Platform and using the Services. By accessing and using the Platform, providing your Personal Information (defined below), or by otherwise signaling your agreement when the option is presented to you, you consent to the collection, use, disclosure, sharing and storing of information described in this Policy, Terms of Service and any other rules, policies or guidelines published on the Platform as applicable to you (collectively referred to as the “Platform Terms”), and Zipperminds disclaims all the liabilities arising therefrom. If you have inadvertently submitted any Personal Information to Zipperminds prior to reading this Policy statements set out herein, or you do not agree with the way your Personal Information is collected, stored, or used, then you may access, modify and/or delete your Personal Information in accordance with this Policy (refer to the sections about Your Choices and Your Rights).

1. PERSONAL INFORMATION

   “Personal Information” shall mean the information which identifies a User i.e., first and last name, identification number, email address, age, gender, location, photograph and/or phone number provided at the time of registration or any time thereafter on the Platform. “Sensitive Personal Information” shall include (i) passwords and financial data (except the truncated last four digits of credit/debit card), (v) account details and passwords, or (vi) other data/information categorized as ‘sensitive personal data’ or ‘special categories of data’ under the Information Technology Act, 2000 (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, and in context of this Policy or other equivalent / similar legislations. Usage of the term ‘Personal Information’ shall include ‘Sensitive Personal Information’ as may be applicable to the context of its usage. You agree that Zipperiminds may use your personal information to contact you and deliver information to you that, in some cases, is targeted to your interests or provides administrative notices or communications applicable to your use of the Site. By accepting this Privacy Policy, you expressly agree to receive this information. If you do not wish to receive these communications, we encourage you to opt out of any further receipt by following the opt out provisions provided in each such communication. In addition, this information allows us to provide users with relevant details. We also automatically track certain information based upon your behavior on the Site and use this information to do internal research on our users' demographics, interests, and behavior to better understand, protect and serve users in general. All users should be aware, however, that when they voluntarily display or distribute personal information (such as their phone number, email address), that information can be collected and used by others. This may result in unsolicited messages from third parties for which Zipperminds is not responsible. Also, you may have arrived at this Web site by following a link from any other affiliate. If so, please be aware that Zipperminds may share your information with that affiliate and the affiliate may use the information consistent with its privacy policy instead of this one. Zipperminds may also disclose specific user information when we determine that such disclosure is necessary to comply with the law, to cooperate with or seek assistance from law enforcement or to protect the interests or safety of Zipperminds or other users of the Site. In addition, personal information we have collected may be passed on to a third party in the event of a transfer of ownership or assets or a bankruptcy of Zipperminds.

2. CREDIT CARD SECURITY

   Zipperminds employs encryption for secure credit card transactions. At Zipperminds, we use 128-bit SSL encryption, the highest level of SSL encryption currently available to consumers. This ensures the safety and security of your credit card transactions. SSL ("Secure Sockets Layer") basically means that our server and your browser create and agree on an encryption key that will be used only for that particular session. Once established, this key encrypts all communication between our server and your browser.

3. ADVERTISING

   Zipperminds may include on the Sites advertisements on its own behalf or paid advertisements on behalf of third parties. By clicking on the advertisements, the Users/Mentors/Visitors may be redirected to a web site of the advertiser or receive other messages, information or offers from the advertiser. The Users/Mentors/Visitors acknowledges and agrees that Zipperminds is not liable or responsible for the content, products or services of such advertisers or the web sites, links, information, messages, offers or privacy practices of such advertisers. The Users/Mentors/Visitors is wholly liable for all communications and transactions with advertisers.

4. COMMUNICATIONS WITH MENTORS AND USERS

   If you engage in a communication with an Mentor or a User using Zipperminds chat, email, voice or other communication products or services made available to you by Zipperminds via Zipperminds Expert Services Platform, you may voluntarily provide, or otherwise be asked to provide, Personal Information such as your name, contact information and other information to facilitate service. By providing Personal Information and other information via Zipperminds communication products or services, you consent to Zipperminds collecting and processing such information for the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy. Zipperminds maintains transcripts ('Transcripts') of chats, emails and other written communications conducted between you and any Mentor or User using Zipperminds products and services. Zipperminds may, in accordance with applicable law (including laws related to notice and/or consent), record and maintain recordings of voice communications ('Recordings') between you and any Mentor or User. Zipperminds may access and use Transcripts, Surveys and Recordings for purposes of performing or delivering a service to an Expert Services Visitor, providing maintenance or support services for an Expert Services Visitor, for training and quality assurance purposes, for purposes of investigating any claim made by or related to an Expert Services Visitor, for purposes of improving our services and/or for other lawful purposes. Third-party service providers retained by Zipperminds to perform services on behalf of Zipperminds may also have access to Transcripts, Surveys and Recordings for purposes of performing or delivering a service to Zipperminds, providing maintenance or support services, for training and quality assurance purposes, for purposes of investigating any claim made by an Expert Services Visitor or related to an Expert Services Visitor’s use of the services, for purposes of improving our services and/or for other lawful purposes. Mentors with whom a User or other Expert Services Visitor communicates have access to the Transcripts and Recordings between them. Zipperminds has no control over the privacy practices of such Mentors. You are encouraged to verify the privacy practices of Mentors before you communicate with them.

5. COMMUNICATIONS WITH ZIPPERMINDS

   If you engage in a communication with Zipperminds related to Zipperminds Expert Services Platform using Zipperminds chat, email, voice or other communication products or services made available to you by Zipperminds, or if you engage in a pre- or post-interaction survey ('Survey') related to any such communication, you may voluntarily provide, or otherwise be asked to provide, Personal Information such as your name, contact information and other information to facilitate service. By providing Personal Information and other information via Zipperminds communication products or services, you consent to Zipperminds collecting and processing such information for the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy. Zipperminds maintains Transcripts of communications that are conducted between you and Zipperminds. Zipperminds also maintains copies of Surveys and Zipperminds may, in accordance with applicable law (including laws related to notice and/or consent), record and maintain Recordings of voice communications between you and Zipperminds.

6. BROWSER INFORMATION AND USAGE INFORMATION

   We log web browser information (e.g. Internet Protocol addresses and browser types) and other usage information from Zipperminds Expert Services Platform such as page view tallies, time spent on each page, geographic location information, page browsing information, subject matter browsing information and operating system information. If the Expert Services Visitor is using a mobile or other portable device to visit or access Zipperminds Expert Services Platform, we may collect hardware information related to the device used by the Expert Services Visitor. Your browser may be set to limit or prevent any of the browser information described above from being transmitted. If so, Zipperminds Expert Services Platform or certain communication tools, or other features or functions offered as part of Zipperminds Expert Services Site or Zipperminds Expert Services Platform, may not be available to you.

7. TECHNICAL SUPPORT REQUESTS

   If you need technical support related to Zipperminds Expert Services Site or Zipperminds Expert Services Platform, you will need to complete a form for the purposes of defining and clarifying your technical support request. When submitting a technical support request, you will be asked to provide Personal Information, including an email address and a description of the issue. We maintain copies of all technical support requests and other information submitted with or related to such requests.

8. PROMOTIONS

   From time to time, we may offer promotions on Zipperminds Expert Services Site or via Zipperminds Expert Services Platform. If we do, and if you wish to participate, you may be required to provide Personal Information, such as contact information and other information. We maintain such information.

9. MENTOR SERVICES APPLICANTS

   If a visitor wishes to apply to be a Mentor on Zipperminds Expert Services Platform, the visitor will be required to submit Personal Information as requested. Any information supplied by or on behalf of a visitor for purposes of becoming an Mentor may be maintained by Zipperminds as well as third party affiliates and other third parties. Please note that Zipperminds may have additional privacy terms that apply to Mentors applicants. Such terms will be made available when an applicant applies to be an Mentor or when an applicant otherwise accesses his or her account.

10. COOKIES

    Zipperminds services use cookies and other similar technologies such as pixel tags to collect and store information that is generated automatically as you use the services, including your preferences and anonymous usage statistics. Browsers are usually set to accept cookies. However, if you prefer not to receive cookies, you typically have the option of setting your browser to refuse cookies. If a browser is set to refuse cookies, it is possible that some of the functionality offered by Zipperminds will not be available or will not work as effectively for you.

11. WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW

    Zipperminds cannot ensure that all of your private communications and other personal information will never be disclosed in ways not otherwise described in this Privacy Policy. Therefore, although we are committed to protecting your privacy, we do not promise, and you should not expect, that your personal information or private communications will always remain private. As a User/ Mentor/ Visitor of the Site, you understand and agree that you assume all responsibility and risk for your use of the Site, the internet generally, and the documents you post or access and for your conduct on and off the Site. Logging into Zipperminds is always an optional task for you to take, (although logging in does give you access to Expert advice).

12. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

    We recommend that you review this policy periodically, as we may update it from time to time. Your use of any Zipperminds service offered on Zipperminds Expert Services Site or via Zipperminds Expert Services Platform following a change to this Privacy Policy represents your consent to the new Privacy Policy to the fullest extent permitted by law.

13. SECURITY

    Data transmissions over the Internet cannot be guaranteed to be fully and absolutely secure. Our website and our services have security measures in place designed to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control.

14. ENCRYPTION AND FIREWALLS

    Chat transcripts are encrypted during transmission. We use standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption that encodes information for such transmissions. All Transcripts are maintained and archived on secure servers. Access to stored data is protected by multi-layered security controls including firewalls, role-based access controls and passwords. Mentors and Users may review their chat history and see Transcripts of chats that they have engaged in. Mentors and Users are only granted access to the chats that they engaged in under their Mentor profile or User profile. Data is backed up regularly and archives are stored off-site in a secure location.

15. HOW WE USE THE INFORMATION WHICH WE COLLECT
    1. We use the information we collect for: research and development, advertising, marketing, product analysis and also to ensure the best user experience. We also use this information to offer users tailored Zipperminds content. We may use the name User/Mentors provide in their Zipperminds Profile across all of the services we offer that require a Zipperminds Account. We use information collected from cookies and other technologies, like IP Address and Location to localize the overall quality of our services. We use Current Location of the User in Call to Mentor services to display our pricing in their preferred currency. For example, by saving User’s current Location or country preferences, we’ll be able to show their preferred payment gateway.
    2. For Security and Legal Compliance:

       We may disclose your data (all data categories) to third parties if we (in our sole discretion) have a good faith belief that the disclosure is:

       1. Requested as part of a judicial, governmental, or legal inquiry, order, or proceeding;
       2. Reasonably necessary as part of a valid subpoena, warrant, or other legally-valid request;
       3. Reasonably necessary to enforce our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and other legal agreements;
       4. Required to detect, prevent, or address fraud, abuse, misuse, potential violations of law (or rule or regulation), or security or technical issues;
       5. Reasonably necessary in our discretion to protect against imminent harm to the rights, property, or safety of Zipperminds, our users, employees, members of the public, or our Services;
       6. We may also disclose data about you to our auditors and legal advisors in order to assess our disclosure obligations and rights under this Privacy Policy; or
       7. Required or permitted by law.

    3. During a Change in Control:

       If Zipperminds undergoes a business transaction like a merger, acquisition, corporate divestiture, or dissolution (including bankruptcy), or a sale of all or some of its assets, we may share, disclose, or transfer all of your data to the successor organization during such transition or in contemplation of a transition (including during due diligence).

    4. After Aggregation/De-identification:

       We may disclose or use aggregated or de-identified data for any purpose.

    5. With Your Permission:

       With your consent, we may share data to third parties outside the scope of this Privacy Policy.

16. INTERPRETATION

    Any capitalized terms not defined in this policy are defined as specified in Zipperminds Terms of Use. Any version of this Privacy Policy in a language other than English is provided for convenience. If there is any conflict with a non-English version, you agree that the English language version will control.

17. ACCESSING, UPDATING AND DELETING YOUR PERSONAL DATA

    The User/Mentor can update their account information or delete/deactivate their profile whenever they wish to. The User/Mentor on the Platform can change or update their personal information provided earlier by visiting https://www.Zipperminds.com and clicking on ‘My Account’. After that, the User/Mentor can click on ‘My Profile’. If the User/Mentor wishes to change any information, they can make the changes there and then click on ‘Update’. If the User/Mentor wishes to delete or deactivate their profile, they can do so simply by visiting https://www.Zipperminds.com and going to the 'My Account' section. The user will then have to click on 'Edit Profile' and then 'Deactivate/Delete'. After that, the User/Mentor will have to select the reason behind account deactivation/deletion and then click on ‘Proceed To Account Deactivation/Deletion’. Account’s Deactivation of the account is temporary in nature and the User/Mentor can reactivate the account at any point in time. Deleting the account, however, is permanent and will cause the User/Mentor data to be deleted permanently and it cannot be reactivated.
